 This is the place to start if you're new to SUPing, you'll learn proper paddling technique, turning and how to balancing on the board. Paddlers will be guided through the first steps at a safe and comfortable location. Enjoy the cool, shallow waters as you explore your new skills as a Stand-up Paddle Boarder. SUP Basics will be offered twice a week check the calendar for locations and times.
  See the sights that make Tampa a one of a kind waterfront metropolitan area like never before. Paddle through the downtown area including Harbor Island, Davis Island and the Hillsborough River. Sup 1 and Sup 2 will only differ in distance. Choose SUP 1 for 3 miles or SUP 2 for a 6-mile paddle through the waterfront. Both will be offered three times a week, check our calendar for times and locations.
  This is unique experience offered to paddlers with Florida Boarder. Catch a wave right here in Tampa, your instructor will teach you the technique for how to paddle and ride these waves. This is for advanced SUP'ers ready for an extended paddle to the break. SUP surf will be offered by appointment only! Please contact our shop.
  Enhance your yoga routine or test your strength with a work out session on a Stand-up Paddleboard. Stand-up boards are a great platform to target your core, building both balance and strength. Both Get Fit classes will meet twice a week and will be 1 and a half hours in length. You're sure to have a workout experience different than the normal run on Bayshore. Check calendar for session information.
